Mole porter
Mexican national dish is mole sauce, which is based on chili, chocolate, and dozens of spices.
We've smuggled that flavor into our Porter beer. Porter beer provides a well-balanced backdrop to the very spicy chilli and spices. The mouthfeel is similar to a brandy at first sip, pleasantly burning the throat. Chocolate, caramel and cinnamon flavours emerge.
The finished beer should be aged for 2-4 months to allow it to mature.
