Brewers Gold hop pellet
A well-known hop with a distinct, strong bitterness. It is characterised by fruity, spicy and blackcurrant flavours. It is in the low IBU range (8-9%). Brewers Gold is used in many English ales and German lagers, and gives a persistent 'European' aroma to beers. This property makes it a good partner for noble varieties such as Tetttnang and Hallertauer.
