Verdant IPA is selected by Lallemand for its capability to produce hop-forward and malty beers. It has notes of apricot and undertones of tropical fruits and citrus. It leaves a soft and balanced malt profile with a little more body than a typical American IPA yeast strain. This type of yeast goes very well with beer styles such as NEIPA, English IPA, American Pale, English Bitter, Sweet Stout and Sours.
