100 gr sweet orange peel. Adds a citrus and herbal-herbal aroma to beer. Traditionally used in Belgian Wit, Grand Cru and Christmas beers, but can be added to any beer that calls for citrus. Aromatic herbs can be used to make Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers. They are usually added to the beer in the last 15 minutes of boiling. In ancient times, herbs were used to extend the shelf life of beer.
